Elder D. Tuft and alternated by Elder T. Goggins.

The Organization of the Mount Calvary Primitive Baptist AssociationThe Mount Calvary Primitive Baptist Association was instituted at Mount Calvary Primitive Baptist Church, Putnam County, Georgia on October 31, 1890 by the following members. Elder C.H.Collins, Moderator of the Antioch Primitive Baptist Association, Elder H. Watts, Moderator of the Rama Association, Elder W.F. Outlaw, Moderator of the Cypress Association, Deacon A.L. Boyd and Deacon A.F.T. Searcy of the Antioch. From the Union Association, vix: Elder J. Tarrance, Moderator, Elder Peter Tennell and Elder N. Williams. The Association chose Elder C.H. Collins as the Moderator and Elder A.C. Clark of Macon as the Clerk. The next session of this, body will be held with Concord Church, Jasper County, Georgia, commencing Friday before the first Sunday in November 1891.
Mount Calvary Association GovernmentThe Mount Calvary Primitive Baptist Association is composed of members that are chosen by the different churches in our union. These members are duly sent to represent their church in the Mount Calvary Association. These members are selected and found to be best qualified for that purpose, producing letters from the churches, certifying their appointment, they shall be entitled to their seats. The letters from the churches shall express their members in full fellowship, those baptized, received by letter, dismissed, or died since the last Association. The Mount Calvary Primitive Baptist Association shall have a Moderator and a Clerk who shall be of the body and chosen by the members that compose the Mount Calvary Primitive Baptist Association. They shall hold their office until released.
Colored Primitive Baptist Association
Organized by members ordained at Concord Primitive Baptist Church
The Colored Primitive Baptist Association of Georgia was organized by members who were ordained at Concord Primitive Baptist Association of were members of the presbytery: James Ammerson, Nat Daniel, Columbus McCambs and Solomon Jordan of Georgia, together with other members who were ordained and witness of this ordination organized the Antioch Primitive Baptist Association at Guildfield Primitive Baptist Church, Macon Georgia in 1870. The above Association was organized by the following brothers: Elder Solomon Jordan, Moses Jackson, Nathan Hodges, Jerry Holliday, Seaborn King, Jacob Massey, Amel Cato, Burrell Williams, John Torrence, Columbus King, and J.W. May. Elder Jackson, Moderator.
